Brad Kolls, MD, PhD, MMCi is board certified in Neurocritical Care, Vascular Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology and is Medical Director of the Duke Telestroke Network.
Dr. Kolls earned a Master of Management in Clinical Informatics (MMCi) in 2011 from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and serves as the Vice Chair of Informatics and Teleneurology within the Department of Neurology. Dr. Kolls serves as a Duke Physician Champion for Critical Care development and support within the Duke version of EPIC EHR, with significant experience in starting new service lines at Duke. In addition, Dr. Kolls has a background in clinical and translational research focusing on brain monitoring in acute brain injury and basic science issues of secondary brain injury, inflammation response to injury and development of seizures following acute brain injury.
Dr. Kolls graduated from the University of California-Irvine, School of Medicine and completed his residency in neurology and fellowship in neurocritical care and stroke at Duke University Medical Center. He is board certified in neurology and vascular neurology.
