Jay Twiford is the Duke Performance Services Management Engineer with Duke Heart Network. Jay is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and utilizes his skillset to facilitate process improvement within DHN.
In his prior role he was Site Quality Leader for the Honeywell manufacturing facility in Raleigh, NC supporting cross-functional process improvement and root cause analysis of quality issues. Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2014.
